Being a co-founder of dende.ai has been a thrilling experience filled with excitement, fear, and discovery. As the CTO of a rapidly expanding startup, leading a team felt like navigating a rollercoaster ride while blindfolded. We've progressed from just an idea to helping students in over 130 countries.

During my time at Adevinta, I took on the role of ML Enabler for Subito.it, where I worked on advancing their machine learning practice. Instead of starting from scratch, I focused on setting up the right conditions for success within an established company.
This was accomplished through training the team, organizing workshops, and implementing best practices to take advantage of new opportunities with machine learning.
Through these experiences, I’ve learned that strategy is fundamental for delivery.
