Strategy
After co-founding dende.ai, I led the startup to support students in over 130 countries. We achieved 100% month-over-month growth by balancing trade-offs and maintaining a clear strategic direction. While at Adevinta, I served as the ML Enabler for Subito.it, where I increased production ML models from 2 to 8 in a year and a half, generating over $500k in additional revenue. My approach emphasizes understanding business challenges, setting clear directions, and ensuring flexibility to maximize ROI.

AI and GenAI
At Dende.ai, I combined GenAI with NLP techniques to revolutionize learning, impacting students globally. While at Noovle, I explored unsupervised learning and Graph ML, and published eight papers, pushing the boundaries of AI and ML. At Adevinta, I supported GenAI initiatives, upskilling the team, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. My journey in AI and GenAI highlights their potential to solve complex problems and drive innovation. I leverage these tools to create real-world impact and continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Tech Advisory
During my time at SmartCow, I led the implementation of advanced computer vision solutions, ensuring that they were both innovative and practical. At RAI Cinema, I developed their GenAI strategy, which focused on rapid iteration and testing to refine scalable solutions. My approach to advising emphasizes simplicity, flexibility, and rapid iteration. Whether I'm working with startups or corporations, my goal is to deliver value quickly and adapt as needed.
